As a General Contractor, we handle all types and sizes of projects from new construction to renovations.

Design & Build
Once the design phase is complete, Folspire creates Bid packages, obtains bids, hires contractors to perform construction, establishes and administers construction schedule, provides full-time on-site project and safety management, coordinates and expedites the project with all parties, addresses all issues and concerns and submits all close out documentation to the owner.
Because design and construction are overlapped and bidding periods are eliminated, Folspire can significantly reduce the completion time of your project.
Construction Management
As Construction Managers, Folspire is involved in all phases of construction from conceptual design, pre-construction to contract closeout.
With the experience and input of Folspire as your Construction Manager, we will assist and advise in all of the above activities as well architect/engineer/contractor selections, provide cost estimates and value engineering, prepare and oversee the master schedule, bid packaging/procurement and permits, full-time on-site project and safety management, budget and change order management, monthly reporting, and post construction follow-up.
